❓ Do I need to supervise the inflatable during use?
A:
Yes! Adult supervision is required at all times.
Never leave children unattended while the unit is in use.

❓ What are the safety rules for kids?
A:
βœ” No rough play, flipping, or pushing
βœ” One person per slide lane at a time
βœ” No climbing on the walls or outside of the unit
βœ” No shoes inside the bounce house
βœ” Stop play immediately if the unit deflates

❓ What’s the age range for using bounce houses?
A:
Most inflatables are recommended for ages 3 and up.
Toddlers (ages 1–4) should use designated toddler units.
Keep similar age groups together to prevent injury.

❓ Can adults use the inflatables?
A:
Some units are designed for teens and adults too.
Always check the unit’s weight limit (usually 200–250 lbs per person) and use caution.
Remove shoes and empty pockets before entering.

❓ What if the blower stops or the unit deflates?
A:
Stay calm and exit the unit immediately.
Do not re-enter until the blower is restarted and the inflatable is fully inflated.
Call us if the blower won’t restart.

  • The area is safe and free of pets or hazards

❓ What’s the difference between Standard Delivery and Same Day Delivery?

Full payment is due before delivery.
We accept payment online or by phone. If you haven’t paid in advance, you must complete payment before setup delivery.

❓ Do I need to pay a deposit?
A:
Yes, 25% a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Your balance can be paid anytime before delivery.

❓ What happens if it rains?
A:

  • βœ…  Rain checks are valid for 1 full year
  • ❌  We do not offer weather-based refunds

❓ What is your cancellation policy?

❓ Do I need to provide a water hose for water slides?

βœ”οΈWe do not provide hoses. Please also ensure your water source is clean and free of mud.

❓ What inflatables are best for teens or adults?

❓ Do I need a generator with my inflatable rental?

A:
You’ll only need a generator if there’s no electrical outlet within 100 feet of where the inflatable will be set up.
Generators are commonly required for:

  • πŸ• Remote venues
βœ… We offer generator rentals β€” just request one when booking.
β›½ Generators require gasoline (We provide full Gas, but you will supply it runs out)

❓ What are the safety rules for using a generator?

To use your generator safely:

  • 🚨 If the CO2 alarm goes off, turn it off and change its direction
  • 🚫 Never use indoors, inside tents, or in enclosed spaces

❓ How many inflatables can one generator power?

A:

❓ How do I start the generator?

A:
Our team will start the generator for you at delivery, but if you need to restart it, here’s how:

  • πŸ”Œ Unplug All Cords β€“ Disconnect bounce house blowers first
  • πŸ” Turn On Fuel Valve β€“ Flip the fuel switch to β€œON”
